English for preschoolers

Our course of English "First Look" is designed for children of 4-6 years old who are in the early stages of speech development. The program aims to get acquainted preschoolers with the English language in a fun and exciting way, focusing on the development of children's basic language skills: listening, speaking and mastering basic vocabulary.

The course includes interactive exercises, songs, games and storytelling: everything to keep children motivated to learn and actively participate in the lesson. The teacher uses flash cards, pictures and animations to make the learning process as interesting as possible.

Classes are held offline in our schools in Kyiv and Lviv or online via Zoom platform: it is convenient and user friendly, and supports such interactive functions as video, screen sharing and interactive whiteboard.

During the course we pay attention to the following aspects:

• acquisition of basic vocabulary
• development of speaking and listening skills
• learning sounds and recognizing letters of the alphabet
• acquaintance with the culture of English-speaking countries
• gaining confidence in communication
• preparation for further study of English at school

Lessons last 60 minutes: this is the optimal lesson duration for a child aged 4-6 years to stay focused and not get bored.

We understand that at this age, children can't concentrate on the same process for a long time and are easily distracted, so we made our First Look classes as interactive as possible, with changing types of activity during the class.
