We are looking for an attentive and communicative Customer Care Manager who will become a reliable support for our students and their parents.

Format: office in Kyiv (Livoberezhna, A. Sheptytskoho St., 14) / in Lviv (I. Franka St., 68)

Experience: from 1 year in support, service or working with customers (willing to consider without experience, if there is a sincere desire and excellent communication skills).

Your task is to be a reliable support for the client throughout the entire learning journey. And this means:

• Receive and process incoming requests (calls, letters, messages) and advise on courses, schedules and the educational process
• Promptly find solutions in non-standard situations
• Support clients throughout their studies and stay in touch
• Coordinate the resolution of issues with teachers and colleagues
• Monitor the timeliness of payments and, if necessary, remind them of payments
• Maintain a customer database and record important information in CRM
• Collect feedback and pass it on to the team

You will cope with these responsibilities perfectly if you:

• Have experience working with customers (support, customer care service or administration)
• Like to communicate and help people, you know how to find an approach to different customers
• Know how to listen carefully, ask the right questions and find solutions
• Know English at B1 level and above
• Are responsible, attentive to details and stress-resistant
• Know how to work in a team
