PEIC (Pearson English International Certificate) exams are international General English exams for children and adults designed to confirm the level of English language proficiency. Candidates who pass the PEIC exam receive a permanent international certificate recognized in more than 50 countries around the world.
The PEIC certificate is an opportunity for:

Pearson English International Certificate
The Pearson English International Certificate (PEIC) is an internationally recognized certificate which is an alternative to international tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.
The Pearson exam objectively evaluates your knowledge and officially confirms your language proficiency. You will learn how well you can comfortably communicate in English and how well you can understand the interlocutor. The PEIC certificate is recognised by educational institutions and employers around the world, is of indefinite duration and doesn’t require regular retakes.
PEIC is designed to test the knowledge of adults and teenagers at almost all levels, even Elementary. If you want to check the level of your child (6-12 years old), take a closer look at the PEIC Young Learners test. The examination tests the proficiency in the language in a relaxed atmosphere and encourages children to continue progressing in English.
PEIC mock test with examiner's feedback
- For candidates located in Kyiv or Lviv, we can organize a mock test offline at the address: Kyiv, 14 A. Sheptytskogo str (near Livoberezhna metro station) or Lviv, 68 I. Franka str. The test can be conducted on Tuesday or Thursday in the morning or at lunchtime, or online if the location is not convenient.
- For candidates from other cities of Ukraine or abroad, we can offer an online option (conversational part in Zoom, paper part of the test will be sent for printing). Online mock test has more timetable options: evening time or Saturday is also possible. After writing the tests, the PEIC examiner scores each part, calculates the total score, and the client receives feedback on each part of the mock test.
- The cost of the mock test is UAH 750
Official accredited PEIC Testing Center
Since 2010, The London School of English has been an official accredited Testing Center that enables our students to obtain the Pearson English International Certificate and the Pearson English International Certificate - Young Learners.
Since 2021, LSE is an official accredited Testing Center for PEIC Academic.
At the moment, the PEIC exam can be taken both offline at the Test Center and online at home (supervised by a UK Pearson representative).
